Coconut flour pizza | fit, keto, low carb, gluten free

Hey guys! Today I have another delicious pizza recipe for you that will work in many diets, especially low-carbohydrate diets. In the keto diet, we add cheese and yogurt, and in the regular low carb diet, coconut milk. 

I have tested both soles and they always work, they are crisp and delicious, they do not have a sweet coconut flavor, and the pizza is unlikely to fall apart. It is made easily and in a few minutes, so it is a good recipe even for novice cooks. It’s great that we can eat hot and delicious pizza on any diet. The recipe can be modified freely, according to what we have at home and the pizzas always come out, crispy and delicious. they also have few calories. They disappear in the blink of an eye! 

Keto coconut flour pizza


  • 1/4 cup of coconut flour
  • 4 whole eggs
  • 1/3 cup of yogurt (Greek or Skyr type)
  • 1/3 cup of grated hard cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • pepper, garlic, Italian spices


Mix the dry ingredients: mix the sifted flour with the powder, add salt and spices. Mix the eggs thoroughly with the yoghurt and add the cheese. Then combine with flour. We mix the batter. Finally, pour it over baking paper and the pan or the pizza. Bake for 15 minutes at 200 oC. Then add any toppings – sauce, cheese, mushrooms, arugula and bake the pizza for a few more minutes.

Low-carb coconut flour pizza, fit, gluten-free


  • 1/2 cup of coconut flour
  • 1 cup coconut or almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


We mix the wet ingredients together: beaten eggs, milk and garlic until smooth. Mix the sifted flour with salt and powder and mix with the rest of the wet ingredients. Make a ball in a bowl and set aside for a few minutes to thicken. Then we spread the dough on baking paper. It may still be a bit rare, but it will bake. Bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes, then remove from the oven and turn over. Bake for an additional 10 minutes, then add the sauce and ingredients to the top of the pizza and let it bake.
