Hey loved ones! Today I have another recipe for you for delicious and healthy dishes, keto pizza in 5 minutes on the cheese base, which will work well in many diets, especially vegetarian ones, gluten-free, keto and low-carbohydrate.
Such a cheese pan pizza is soft and delicious, and thanks to the addition of plantain husks or linseed, it does not fall apart when eaten. On top, we can put any additives and of course ketchup.
Such a pizza is made very quickly, especially when we always keep a gouda cube and eggs in the fridge. The pizza is small, just right for a quick dinner for an A1 person, but very filling, of course, the ingredients can always be multiplied.

Keto pizza in 5 minutes on a cheese base
- 2 eggs
- 80 g of yellow grated hard cheese (I have a cheap gouda block, parmesan, etc.)
- tablespoon of olive oil (or something to fry)
- 1 teaspoon each:
- ground linseed (or other keto flour)
- plantain husk
- and ew flakes of inactive yeast
- 1 teaspoon of Italian spices
- salt and pepper to taste
- Top of the pizza: sauce – e.g. tomato puree with garlic and herbs, ketchup, fried onion and mushrooms, cheese, olive oil, olives, arugula, etc.
Time needed: 5 minutes.
Keto pizza in 5 minutes
Break the eggs into a bowl, weigh the cheese and grate it, mix it with the rest of the soft additives and spices. Usually, I simply mix the keto pizza with a spoon and season it, then we can heat up the pan.
Pour the finished dough into the pan and fry it for a few minutes (you can cover it) on one side, until it absorbs the fat and turns brown. It should be firm and soft.
Gently pry and turn over to the other side, fry for about a minute, and
then spread with tomato puree, add any additives on top: cheese, mushrooms, arugula, mozzarella, sprinkle with olive oil and bake the pizza for a few more minutes, covered, without gas, so that the cheese melts nicely.
