Kotlet Schabowy:

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of pork loin
  • 2 eggs
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oil or butter for frying

Instructions:

  1. Crack the eggs into a deep plate and scramble them with a fork.
  2. Sprinkle the bread crumbs onto a separate plate.
  3. Sprinkle the pork slices with salt and pepper on both sides.
  4. Heat oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Coat each pork loin slice first in egg and then in bread crumbs, making sure they are evenly coated.
  6. Fry the pork chops until golden brown on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side, until the meat is well-fried and crispy.
  7. After frying, drain excess fat on a paper towel.

Carrot Salad:

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 carrots
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • Salt
  • Sugar

Instructions:

  1. Peel the carrots and grate them on a coarse mesh grater.
  2. Add lemon juice, vegetable oil, salt and sugar to grated carrots. Mix thoroughly.
  3. The salad can be served immediately or chilled for a short time in the refrigerator before serving.
