Hello guys! Today I have a recipe for you for Keto Cloud bread Buns, i.e. egg bread without carbohydrates, because without any flour. In the keto diet, I have long missed this traditional dish for breakfast and dinner, but luckily anything can be done with eggs and gluten-free cheese.

I wanted to try this recipe also because Christmas is approaching and I want to make myself delicious sandwiches for the guests for the table. We don’t need any equipment to make the recipe, just a bowl. It’s done quickly and it always comes out. Keto rolls are delicious and taste like white bread with an omelet flavor. They contain a lot of protein and very little carbohydrates – they are perfect for the karnivor diet. After cooling down, you can freeze the leftovers so that nothing is unnecessarily wasted.   • 3 pieces- medium egg
  • 3 tablespoons – thick or cream cheesecake cheese
  • 0.5 tablespoons of olive oil (or melted butter)
  • A pinch of salt, possibly Italian spices, garlic, etc.
  • half a teaspoon of baking powder

  1. Preparation of egg rolls

    First, we break the eggs and separate the whites from the yolks. We put them in two separate bowls. Beat the egg whites carefully with a mixer or a whisk with baking powder and salt – until quite stiff.

  2. Mixing

    Add cheese to the yolks and mix thoroughly with a spoon until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Spices can be added. We add the mass by the spoon to the egg whites and very slowly, carefully mix it. The mass should be quite thin.

  3. Baking

    Preheat the oven to 150 degrees C. Put the mass on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and greased with oil / butter. The mass will spread, so give it little and leave a little space between each bun so it doesn’t stick together.

  4. Ready

    Put them in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes. We take it out as soon as they grow up and turn brown.

Finished buns can be stored for up to several days in the refrigerator, we put them in a closed container with baking paper between each piece.
Egg rolls are a great addition to sandwiches, a basis for toasts and casseroles. We eat it hot or cold: you can reheat it in a pan with cheese or pack it as a sandwich.
