Hey dear! Today I have another post for you about body care – top 5 best natural body cosmetics for fall and winter
Winter is not the best time for our skin: constant frost, unscrewed radiators and wearing thick layers of clothes can result in excessive drying of the body, itching or an unpleasant feeling of tightness. Our care must therefore include greasy and moisturizing lubricants, which we use after each warm bath.
Fortunately, the cosmetics market is slowly changing and in almost every drugstore we can find natural body cosmetics with a fairly good composition. They are wonderfully fragrant body butters and oils that are so versatile that they will suit all skin types. They are cheap and versatile, what more could you want? (Well, maybe apart from the availability of Alverde butter.)
Today I present to you my top four specifics in the category of natural body cosmetics for fall and winter, which I currently use, recommend and will definitely buy again. Feel free to post!

My opinion
The butter smells wonderful with a nut dessert with a hint of chocolate, it is quite a heavy smell, but it suits me very well, to the extent that I often smear it on my hands at night to fall asleep in such a delicious aroma. The butter is perfect as a mask for hands and feet and as a lubricant for the elbows – it is very dense, thick, packed with oils. Despite this, it spreads nicely and is very efficient, a small amount is enough to spread it all over the body. I have been using it once a week in each heating season for several years now because nothing helps my dry skin like that. I also used it for hair oiling and as a breast cream. After all, the product is composed of shea and cocoa butter, which can do something in this field. My number one category in natural body cosmetics for fall and winter! Chocolate spa.

My opinion
I use Alterra Oil with an exotic, sweet scent of fruit – on the body after a bath, for hair oiling, for cleansing mixtures, for cuticles and nails, for dry hair ends and sometimes for the night as a quick serum with hyaluronic acid. I also added it to a portion of low-nourishing lotion, thanks to which it changed the smell, spread more easily and moisturized my skin better. In each method, Alterra oil works great, leaves the hair shiny and soft, the body moisturized, nails break less. Cheap and universal. In addition, this fragrance is sensational, summer and fruity, it immediately makes me feel better.

My opinion
The Organic Shop lotion has the color of pastel pink and it smells slightly of a fruity dessert, it is not fresh lychee, but it is also not an artificial or suffocating fragrance, rather pleasant and refreshing that stays on the skin. Its consistency is very light, but you can feel oils in it, which is probably why it is called a cream – it really resembles a full-body face cream. Despite this, it does not leave a greasy film, absorbs quickly and moisturizes the skin nicely. The price is low, you can get promotions very often and the composition is great. In addition, surprising performance (probably due to the consistency). I use it a lot for hand and body cream, alternating with oils, and I haven’t even used half of the packaging yet. Another gem in the category of the best natural body cosmetics for fall and winter! I also recommend the smell of white chocolate 🙂
Isana, Body cream with babassu oil with a floral scent
Isana, White Blossom, Bodycreme

Capacity: 500 ml
Price: PLN 10.99

My opinion
In the middle of winter, I don’t feel like typical suffocating and heavy smells, but just fresh and refreshing. In addition, the product should be quick to use, because I want to jump under the blanket with a good book and tea as soon as possible. This balm is perfect for this, it has a pourable consistency, thanks to which I can spread it once or twice all over the body, it absorbs quite quickly and you can put on clothes after a while. It moisturizes well, leaves a velvety protective layer on the skin, but does not grease it. Therefore, sometimes, on colder days, I mix it on my hands with a little coconut oil, which increases its effect. I also use it often for my hands, but it does not cope with drying after strong detergents. On the other hand, the fresh floral and cream fragrance stays on the skin for a really long time. Huge capacity, low price,

My opinion
Above all, the oil smells wonderfully, I associate it more with a herbal lemon than a refreshing lime with olive oil.
After application and absorption, the fresh scent is very pleasant and lasts for a long time. In addition, it moisturizes and nourishes, is multifunctional – I used it as a body lotion, massage, hair oiling and face lotion.
It has proven itself as an addition to face masks and oil under the serum. It is light, not sticky and absorbs well. It closed the hydration and well protected dry skin from drying out. Used for hair oiling, it also did well, but without spectacular results, but a few drops added to the mask or conditioner definitely weighted the hair down. Alterra oil is inexpensive and multifunctional, smells beautiful and works great – it’s worth having it in your cosmetic bag.
