RADICAL, Trichological peeling for hair growth

Hello! I come to you today with another review of hair care cosmetics, this time it is RADICAL, Trichological Scalp Scrub that Stimulates Hair Growth. This is my first cosmetic of this type, I have to admit right away. Previously, he used rather mechanical cleansing of the scalp, such as Vianek sugar peeling and DIY home-made peelings based on clay, corundum or activated carbon (recipes for these homemade cosmetics will certainly appear on the blog soon).

However, hair scrubs are becoming more and more popular on our cosmetics market, I have already seen many reviews of such products and I was very curious about their effects. So when I saw this Radical tube by Farmona in my small drugstore, I reached for it without hesitation. The price wasn’t high, the composition was great and the descriptions promising not only thorough cleansing but also stimulating hair growth and helping in the fight against hair loss encouraged me immensely. In addition, jets is a well-known company, I have been using their lotions, mists and cheap hair shampoos for years. I must admit that I did not regret this spontaneous purchase at all! If you are interested in this product, I invite you to read the rest of the post and my short review.

My opinion:

Package:

Radical peeling is enclosed in a convenient, aesthetic packaging – a soft plastic tube with a spout, which makes it very easy to reach the compartments on the scalp. So it’s easy to get it out of the package and use it to the end. Unfortunately, this is also a disadvantage, I often poured out too much of it from the soft tube and I had to spread the excess with my fingers and collect it with a tissue. As a result, the product was not very efficient, I ran out of it very quickly. After some time, I learned to pour it on three fingers and massage the scalp in this way, which was much more efficient, but my fingertips stung slightly – a sign that the scrub really works.

Action:

Pilling Radical has the consistency of a thin conditioner, it is easy to cover the skin and easy to massage. It does not dry up during use, it is not sticky, it is very pleasant to use. I oil my hair and scalp before almost every wash, so unfortunately I forgot about using it, because then I would have to take a break. It was about his biggest downside. I put it on my head with a previously massaged hair oil, did a short massage and left the peeling for about 10 minutes. The rest of his hair was oiled or creamed, so sometimes he was under a cap – even for a long time. However, despite the acids in the composition, I never had any burning, irritation or anything like that. My scalp is cleansed and my hair gets oily slower. It is easy to wash off the hair and does not burden the scalp, even if I wash my hair only with conditioner.

Does it affect hair loss and growth? Unfortunately, I didn’t use it regularly, but I’m sure it has a good chance. It will certainly help in maintaining a healthy scalp, which will certainly contribute to this growth. Therefore, it is worth including this type of product in your care, for example in the form of clay added to the shampoo at the beginning.

Summary:

Still, I’m glad I bought this product. Its low efficiency is the disadvantage of the packaging, as well as my untrained hand in using it, otherwise I had no problems with it. I must say, however, that it was a very pleasant experience and I will definitely come back to it and test more of this type of scalp cosmetics. The composition and price encourage you to try Radical peeling, so I highly recommend it.
