Keto truffles al’a Ferrero Rocher chocolate and hazelnut truffles

Hey, dear friends! Today I have another recipe for you for delicious no-bake cookies: Keto truffles al’a Ferrero Rocher chocolate-hazelnut, a dessert familiar to us from the store shelves. When I was a kid, I loved everything with chocolate, and so I absolutely had to make a keto recipe for making the balls. This is, of course, a fatty, because ketological version of these popular sweets, you could say fat bomb, which we can safely consume instead of kuloodporej coffee (or together).

So, people on a traditional diet are advised to be careful with the amount of balls (or change the recipe a bit for a more fit one), while everyone on a low-carbohydrate diet is sure to enjoy the taste. This is a very easy and quick recipe not only for the holidays – a real last minute sweet! Feel free to check out my recipe.

  1. Prepare the ingredients first.

The butter must be at room temperature, just like the dairy, we don’t melt it!

  2. Melting.

Then pour the measured butter and crushed chocolate into a pot. Over low heat, melt them, stirring constantly.

  3. We add the rest of the ingredients.

Add cocoa and sweetener, stir until the ingredients are combined.
Add coconut milk, stir, remove from heat and set aside to cool. You can put it in the refrigerator.

  4. Then we form balls.

Tiny or large, we put an almond in the center and roll them in coconut shavings (the remaining 50 g) or finely chopped nuts. You can also coat them in almond flakes, cocoa, sesame seeds.

  5. Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for at least an hour. Ready!
