Hey loved ones. Today I have a new recipe for you – healthy cheese cutlets in two versions – vegetarian, as a protein and calcium addition to a delicious dinner, and a keto dish that will provide us with plenty of healthy fats.
Since I ate such ready-made cutlets with ketchup and vegetables available in many bars in the Czech Republic for the first time, I liked it a lot and I tried to make homemade, similar ones that would be cheaper and maybe have a slightly better composition. This is a really simple recipe to make and very tasty.
Fit pancakes are browned and delicious, and they fill you for a long time, which is why they are a perfect dinner or breakfast meal before training, they will also work well with burgers and barbecues! If you want to find out how crunchy they are, check out my simple recipe.

Yellow cheese cutlets
We stick the egg into a bowl. Sift the flour and the seeds / roll into two plates.
Cut the cheese lengthwise into quite thick and long slices, as shown in the photo. Season to taste.
Then coat the slices in flour, egg and bread / linseed. Fry in well-heated fat, until browned and golden brown over medium heat. Briefly, because we are careful that the cheese does not flow out. We turn over on both sides. Ready!

Keto veg cutlets, notes:
Chops are very filling, best served with ketchup to taste. In the veg version with rice and salad, in the keto version with vegetables and e.g. mayonnaise sauce, eaten like nuggets. Pride!
