Hello guys! I come to you today with another short hair care cosmetics review, this time it’s the Kallos Color mask. Kallos are very popular hair masks known from the blogs of hair maniacs, which used to break records of popularity. No wonder as they were very cheap, good and accessible. Such a universal mask with a poor composition and thin consistency was perfect for washing hair, washing OMO, emulsifying, closing care such as B / S and of course for tuning DIY or homemade masks and conditioners.
I also bought my first Kallos Color mask on the wave of their popularity, I also used the less known but beautifully fragrant Kallos Banana . It was also one of the first nutritional supplements that I consciously bought. I chose this type because it was the most popular, and therefore most often recommended in reviews and blog posts. I was then able to buy such a liter jar on a promotion for PLN 8, while I recently got this small jar during a trip to Hungary, where all Kallos cost about PLN 4 in Asian mini-stores. I put it in the basket without hesitation, because I know that it is a great and universal conditioner for everything, so it will work for me during the trip. One is enough for me both for washing and for care, because I will mix it with food products and thus keep the PEH balance. If you are interested in how Kallos Color proved to me in this role of minimal care, I invite you to the rest of the post and a short review.
Kallos Color, KJMN, mask for colored hair
Kallos Color hair mask with linseed oil and UV filter nourishes and nourishes dyed and damaged hair. The UV filter protects the color by extending its intensity and provides shine to the hair. Linseed oil makes the hair silky, soft to the touch and easy to style.
The Color mask also protects the hair from harmful environmental influences and provides a long-lasting shiny color. Kallos KJMN Color Mask protects and provides shine, restores and extends color intensity

My opinion:
Kallos are very popular hair masks known from the blogs of hair maniacs, which used to break records of popularity. No wonder as they were very cheap, good and accessible. Such a universal mask with a poor composition and thin consistency was perfect for washing hair, emulsifying, closing care such as B / S and of course for tuning DIY or homemade masks and conditioners.
The most famous type was the Kallos Color mask, because it was purely emollient, with linseed oil friendly to many types of hair, especially curly and without silicones and adhesives. At one time, it was a hit when washing hair with conditioner. However, it soon turned out that these cosmetics are not so pure – they contain Methylisothiazolinone and Methylchloroisothiazolinone, also known as ” itchy Msy” or “Msy” , which are allergenic preservatives. They cause scalp itching and / or hair loss in some people, so a lot of hair maniacs have either quit using these cosmetics or are only applied from the ear down, avoiding the sensitive scalp, so they can’t hurt us.
I also bought my first Kallos Color mask on the wave of their popularity, I also used the less known but beautifully fragrant Kallos Banana. It was also one of the first nutritional supplements that I consciously bought. I chose this type because it was the most popular, and therefore most often recommended in reviews and blog posts.
Of course, such a light conditioner itself, treated as a mask after washing your hair (especially with a strong detergent shampoo), will be definitely too light for everyone. After all, it is free of silicones, adhesives, oils, etc. and there is no chance of nourishing or adding weight to our hair.

However, it is a great and universal conditioner for everything, so it will work for me during the trip. One is enough for me and for washing my hair, for OMO, for emulsifying and for care, because I will mix it with food products and thus keep the PEH balance. It worked well in this role, I have no objections. The mask was creamy but clear, not too thin, not dripping from the fingers. After use, the hair was always very soft and easy to comb. The smell, however, was cardboard, bland and cosmetic – no madness.
Summarizing :
It is still one of the cheapest cosmetics with a nice composition that we can buy on the hair market. The price for this capacity is excellent, I don’t even feel sorry for washing my hair with a conditioner every day. I will definitely buy other fragrances from this series someday, but also in smaller jars. If you are not afraid of allergies or you only want to use the length of your hair – I highly recommend it.
