Only some time ago I decided to buy this product, mainly because of the promotion. I liked the content of herbs, the most common soapwort, which I associate with DIY homemade hair washing shampoos. As you know, any intimate lotion is successfully used for washing sensitive scalp as a mild shampoo, as well as face and shower gel. So I bought a cosmetic and started my tests. As I have mentioned many times, intimate hygiene lotion is a multifunctional cosmetic for me. I buy one and take it with me when I travel. It also stands on the bathroom shelf as a liquid, shower gel, face gel, hand soap, hair shampoo, etc. gentle on the skin.

In each of these roles, the Fitomed intimate hygiene gel has proven itself well, it has a good and delicate composition, and is cheap and easily available. The gel smells delicately and herbal, like tea, the consistency is jelly-like, a bit too thin and runs between the fingers, amber color. In the shower, it creates a creamy foam that is quite pleasant to use. She washes my hair well, even though it doesn’t dry me out.
The composition includes herbal extracts typical for the company – extract of the root of the medicine soapwort, linden inflorescence, chamomile basket, marshmallow root, and oats. Washing is provided by quite strong detergents, but they are well softened – only in the middle of the composition and surrounded by moisturizing ingredients. So my skin doesn’t feel this SLES at all.
I did a lot of it to wash my hair and face, because I really liked this delicate effect. Like washing with a very mild, heavily foamed hair shampoo, it doesn’t make much difference. As an intimate gel, I didn’t like it, it was fine, but I missed more foam and the fresh scent of my typical gels.
Summary
It is a cheap and efficient cosmetic with a good composition, worth trying. I really liked such a gentle washing of my hair and the whole body, well, maybe apart from intimate hygiene, it does not work well here, I do not have the feeling of hygiene and freshness. However, it is worth testing yourself. I am very curious how the real shampoo from this company would work for me.
