The perfect dish for lunch or dinner, because it is made quickly and always leaves, all you need is fresh cucumbers, yoghurt and a little salt and the soup is already delicious, and with a little extra spices such as dill or chives, it simply delights. The recipe for cold cucumber soup – the easiest and quickest
- large container of natural yoghurt, Greek, cream or kefir (or a mix)
- 6-8 ground cucumbers
- 1/2 a clove of garlic or garlic powder
- salt and pepper
- spoon of fresh dill
- additionally ew: 2 hard-boiled eggs, boiled cold potatoes

Recipe for cold cucumber soup
- Preparation of cucumbers.Wash the cucumbers thoroughly, peel them thinly and trim their ends. We blend or grate on a grater with quite large meshes. We salt and set aside.
- Preparation of garlic.Crush the garlic in a press, salt it and set aside for a few minutes. After this time, add to the cucumbers. We mix well.
- Mixing .Pour the mass into the target vessel for soup. We mix cucumbers with yogurt, kefir or a dairy mix. Season with freshly ground black pepper, finely chopped dill and salt – if necessary.
- Fridge.Put the ready-made cooler in the fridge for about an hour to cool down and chew on the flavors.
- Dotaki.During this time, we can prepare any additions. We boil hard-boiled eggs and potatoes. Before serving, add them to the plate with cooler and sprinkle with dill.
The cold soup must bite and cool in the fridge about an hour before serving. However, to make it cold faster, the ingredients for its preparation can be strongly cooled in the refrigerator.
We can serve alone as a very light, dietary dish or with bread, potatoes and eggs as a delicious and filling dinner dish.
