Keto salad with tuna, olives and eggs in mayonnaise, lchf

Hello! Today I will share with you another delicious recipe: Keto egg salad, a classic of Polish traditional dishes, which accompanies us most often at all family gatherings. This time in a fat, lchf and keto, gluten-free version!

Ideal for the holiday table, not only for Christmas Eve and holidays, Easter, a simple dinner and also any party. The salad has an egg flavor with mayonnaise/ It is delicious, on top of that it is very healthy and filling. It’s quick and easy to make, and even though it’s not very revealing (the recipe is inspired by a traditional one), maybe it will inspire someone to prepare a healthy meal. So if you like this kind of keto salad idea, welcome to my recipe.

Keto salad – quick recipe

  1. Eggs.

Hard boil medium-sized eggs, cool and peel. Grate the cheese on a grater. We drain the olives and cucumbers.

  2. Slicing.

We cut everything into small cubes. We pour the chopped ingredients into a bowl. We arrange in layers in a resealable container.

  3. Sauce.

Time for sauce. Separately, we mix the sauce ingredients in a glass and pour it over the vegetables. We mix the whole thing well and season to taste. It needs to mellow for a while before serving.

Keto salad with tuna, olives and eggs in mayonnaise, comments:

I also recommend adding peppers, cauliflower, cheeses and other ingredients to the salad pretending to be traditional side dishes.

Before serving, the keto salad needs to digest for a while. As much as possible, it can also be made the day before. It tastes great with cold cuts, fried eggs and keto bread.

It’s better not to let it stand for a long time, because fish and eggs spoil quickly.

Mayonnaise from the store contains refined vegetable oil, which is very unhealthy, especially for people on the keto diet. It’s your choice whether you decide to eat it from time to time for taste, or make the homemade and healthier one.
