Hey loved ones! Today I have another recipe for you for a delicious keto fruit dessert without baking: delicious, the easiest and the fastest. It is made literally in a few minutes – all you need to do is mix all the ingredients with a spoon. Nothing simpler and easier!
It is my favorite dessert by far, I eat it in small amounts almost every day in my morning coffee, and sometimes it substitutes for my entire breakfast if I don’t feel like eggs. It is really delicious, thick, greasy and creamy, it is worth introducing it to your list of dishes – of course after adaptation and appropriate introduction to the ketological way of eating. Keto fruit dessert | quick recipe (keto, LCHF, low carb)
Ingredients:
- 30% cream, no carrageenan / canned coconut milk
- full fat Greek yoghurt / mascapone cheese
- spoon of coconut oil
- a portion of berries adjusted to your own max coals
- erythritol
- 2 tablespoons – coconut
- decoration: crushed almonds, nuts or coconut chips, whipped cream
- possibly oils for cakes, e.g. rum, vanilla, cream, orange
- or half a scoop of low-carbon protein supplement
Execution:
Time needed: 5 minutes.

- We prepare all the ingredients first.
We measure out the fruit, we defrost it. Usually, I make dessert right away in the bowl in which I will eat it and mix it with a spoon, but you can also mix it quickly in a blender. - Mixing
Measure the same amount of thick (cream cheese, yoghurt) and thinner (cream, milk) into the bowl / blender. Stir with a spoon, then pour in fruit, oil, etritol and shavings the rest of the flavors – oils, aromas, etc. - Mixing
Mix thoroughly or blend together until a smooth mass is obtained. We cost and you can sweeten the mass, thicken it with chips or thin it with yogurt or milk. - Decoration
Pour into a bowl and decorate the chosen way. Ready!
