Hello! Today I will share with you another delicious recipe: Keto herrings in tomatoes and onions, drenched in oil, which is something for lovers of vegetable salads and traditional cuisine. Perfect for the festive table, not only for Christmas Eve and Christmas, Easter, a regular dinner, as well as any home party.
The dish is delicious, and very healthy and filling. Herring stew is quick and easy to make, and despite the fact that it is not very revealing (the recipe is inspired by a traditional one), it may inspire someone to prepare a healthy meal. So if you like this idea for a keto dish, I invite you to my recipe.

Herring with onion and dried tomatoes – step by step recipe:
- Filets first.
Rinse the herring fillets taken out of the salty brine well under running water, even several times. We cut them into wide strips.
Cut the onion into long strips. Remove the tomatoes from the brine and cut them into larger pieces.
Mix the sauce ingredients separately in a bowl: mustard, sun-dried tomatoes and onion. Add 2-3 tablespoons of dried tomato oil and the same amount of linseed oil, vinegar and spices. We mix well.
Add our herrings to the bowl and mix. Let it sit for a few hours for the flavors to meld. Sprinkle the top with fresh parsley.
