Ingredients:

  • Cheese cube (fit-lean, keto-semi-fat) 250 grams (I used Piątnica triangle)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons of flour, I used coconut flour (or other fine flour)
  • 2 teaspoons of plantain husks
  • teaspoon erythritol / sweetener
  • vanilla flavor – a few drops
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • coconut oil for frying – a teaspoon (or butter, oil, etc.)
  • raspberry sauce:
  • frozen raspberries
  • teaspoon (4g) gelatin
  • erythritol to taste
  • Ew. to decoration:
  • cocoa beans or crushed chocolate
  • peanut butter, sauce zero, topping
  • fresh or frozen fruit
  • keto-cream, vanilla fitskyr

Execution:

Time needed: 10 minutes.

  1. Mixing.

    Mash the cheese cube very thoroughly with a fork in a bowl. Add the egg and the rest of the ingredients, mix. Knead by hand until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

  2. Balls.

    With hands sprinkled with flour, form balls and crush them into flat, round pancakes. I get about 8 of the ingredients listed.

  3. Frying.

    Heat coconut oil in a frying pan and place the cheesecakes with a slight gap, because they will rise. Fry until golden brown on both sides over low heat.

  4. Raspberry sauce.

    I smash the frozen raspberries in a cup with a spoon, two hot water, sweetener and gelatin, after a while it will become a thick sauce. Sets quickly, serve immediately or add water.
