Recipe for chopped cutlets with zucchini, chicken and cheese
Ingredients:
- 2 pieces of chicken breasts
- seasoning for chicken
- 1 medium-sized zucchini
- about 150 g of yellow cheese
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp potato flour
- 1 tbsp wheat flour
- oil for frying

Preparation:
Grate zucchini on a large grater, sprinkle with salt and set aside for about 10 minutes, after this time thoroughly drain zucchini from juice. Cut the meat into medium-sized cubes, put into a larger bowl. Season with your favorite spices, drizzle with oil, mix and set aside for about 20 minutes. Add two eggs, two tablespoons of mayonnaise, two tablespoons of potato flour, whole wheat flour, grated cheese and zucchini to the bowl with the meat, mix thoroughly. In a frying pan, heat the oil. Using a spoon, scoop portions of the meat mixture and put it on the pan, fry the pancakes until they come out golden and crispy.
What to do with meat from the broth?
Chopped chops can also be made from the meat you have left over from cooking broth. Simply cut the cooked chicken meat into pieces and add them to the recipe.
