Hey guys! Today I have another tasty recipe for you -Breaded Zucchini, a delicious and light dinner that we can eat all summer!
This simple vegetable dish is another of my favorite and very quick recipes! They are made really fast – in five minutes! It is easy to make and with only a few ingredients. And it always comes out delicious – warm, crispy and salty. The perfect snack when we feel like something small or for parties. The courgette prepared in this way is very aromatic and delicate. Breaded zucchini will be an interesting alternative to potato pancakes, cutlets or breaded cheese. It is a healthy, vegetarian dish that will appeal to every fussy eater. Breaded zucchini – recipe how to make
- Zucchini – 2 PIECES
- FLOUR -1 GLASS
- TART ROLL 1 GLASS
- EGG -1 PIECE
- MILK – 1 Tbsp
- Salt and pepper
- FRYING OIL
Time required: 20 min ..
- We prepare the ingredients.Pour the flour and bread on a flat plate, add the egg to the bowl and beat it with a spoon of milk.
- We prepare the zucchini.Wash courgettes, cut them into 1.5 cm slices. Salt it and leave it for a few minutes to release the juice. We collect it with kitchen paper and season it.
- Breading.Take each of the slices with a fork, coat them successively in: flour, beaten egg with pepper and then in breadcrumbs. We turn on the gas under the pan.
- Frying.Fry the courgettes prepared in this way in a hot frying pan until golden brown. We serve with ketchup. Enjoy your meal!
