Hey loved ones! Today I have a review for you Alverde Nutri-Care, a series of natural hair care cosmetics with bio almond and argan oils. These will be a mask, conditioner and spray hair treatment, which I bought some time ago at Drugstore DM, during my holidays in Prague.
It’s also part of the long-promised hair shopping posts worth doing at DM drugstores. As you know, recently stores have been available in Poland, at the beginning only as an online drugstore. However, I have often visited these stationary stores in all over Europe. So I thought that I would like to share with you our experience and testing hair cosmetics with DM: masks, conditioners, stylers, etc. So if you are interested in how the new Alverde series worked for me, please read on.

Alverde mask, conditioner and hair treatment, my opinion:

We buy cosmetics in eco-friendly recycled packaging, conditioners and shampoos in white bottles made of white and thick plastic, a mask in an economical sachet, treatment in a tiny bottle with a good spray. Everything hygienic and very convenient to use and extract.
Properties
I bought the Alverde nutri-care treatment as the first in this series, some time ago, while walking around Drogeria DM, I noticed such an intense treatment and thought: it will be useful for my damaged, dry and hay hair, after all, it is supposed to be a very strong regenerating treatment. It is probably worth investing in an expensive product with a small capacity, especially since it is an eco and natural cosmetic. It felt like she had bought something luxurious. Unfortunately, at that time, I didn’t read the ingredients, so of course it turned out that the spray was composed of high alcohol content, and in addition to that, it was not very nutritious, so the condition of my hair only worsened. I used half of the packaging, surprised that they were getting more and more dry, and at the same time heavily loaded, and I used the remaining half slowly on the scalp, as a lotion before washing – it made me very greasy and burdened me. I regretted the lost money, the product could have at least some volatile silicones to protect my hair and help detangle it, and so it was water with glycerin and a little oil. A home DIY cosmetic of this type would probably cost me about PLN 2. I am very disappointed.
The Alverde nutri-care conditioner and mask have proved to be much better for me. I bought them later, during my holidays in the Czech Republic. First, I tried a low-capacity mask to make sure it wouldn’t dry my hair. However, they were quite nice and smoothed after it, the mask as a treatment under the cap and towel, held for only a few minutes, did not do me any harm, despite the high alcohol content, as typical Alverde have. So then I bought a conditioner from the same series.
If someone actually used it daily, as recommended by the manufacturer, he would be at risk of overdrying. Because if I’m not mistaken, each of these cosmetics contains isopropyl alcohol, and the shampoo from this sls series. Admittedly, not in such large quantities, but still needs to be taken into account. When using it, it was not so noticeable. It is true that I was a bit afraid of drying my hair long after alcohol, so I used the cosmetic once in a while, mainly for early conditioning, emulsifying and washing. So I used it rarely, along with heavy silicon masks for the early stages. In this way, it worked quite well for me, especially since it was very efficient, smelled nice with enveloping oils and was very creamy. Interesting to test, but I wouldn’t buy it again.

Still, it was an interesting series to test something new during the holidays, but I wouldn’t buy again. The treatment disappointed me a lot, the conditioners and the mask were similar to each other, it is a simple conditioner with no rich composition, I did not feel any oils, regeneration, smoothing or moisturizing in them, it seems to me that they have an average effect on the hair and are not worth the price. I recommend testing it, but not for everyday care, especially for non-dry hair.
It is a pity, because if these cosmetics were typical, simple emollient products without alcohols and sicons, they would certainly make a sensation and hit the community of hair bloggers, just like Kallos Color or Vatika with black cumin. Such products for washing, emulsifying and early conditioning to good compositions and at low prices would always be useful on the market.
