Yves Rocher, Elixir Botanique, Illuminating roll – under the eyes

Hello guys! I come to you today with a review of Yves Rocher cream, Elixir Botanique, Illuminating roll – it under the eyes , i.e. moisturizing new products in the care of my face. Recently, I see dark circles and a few new wrinkles under my eyes. So I decided to look for in-depth moisturizing products for myself.

I got this cream from my aunt who has always been buying and promoting this brand. I admit that I would not buy something so expensive myself, even if it works well and I like the ingredients. However, the gift was nice, I needed an eye cream that would be light but full-bodied and suitable for makeup.

I liked the manufacturer’s promises written on the packaging with a natural print, so I decided to test it. So if you are interested in this cream, I invite you to read the article and my short review.

My opinion:

The Yves Rocher cosmetic comes in a very typical, soft tube with a ball applicator, which facilitates hygienic dosing, is easy to use and thoroughly massages the eye area.

I kept the cream in the refrigerator to intensify the effect of reducing the puffiness under the eyes. The cosmetic has the consistency of a rare white serum. During application, the cream turns into a transparent, gel-like substance that is absorbed fairly quickly. It is conveniently applied with the applicator, it does not stretch the delicate skin under the eyes, it spreads well, leaving the skin around the eyes moisturized, refreshed and oxygenated.

The downside for me is that Yves Rocher cream leaves a sticky film which is a bit unpleasant and my concealer sometimes rolls over it. The cream does not have a spectacular effect, so it does not have great moisturizing or, of course, smoothing out wrinkles, but it visibly reduces my dark circles and puffiness. After application, it looks nice, a bit smoother and rested. The cream is odorless and does not sensitize or irritate.

Summarizing Yves Rocher – is it worth buying?

It is a good cream, but looking at its price in relation to the action, it did not make any breakthrough in my care. It is more like a daily eye cosmetic for undemanding and young skin or an addition to another cream for special tasks, so it is definitely worth trying.
