Hey guys! I come to you today with another short review of hair care products, this time it’s Vianek, Soothing Scalp Scrub.
I tested this cosmetic some time ago because I got it in cooperation with the Triny.pl store. It was my first cosmetic of this type, i.e. a ready-made scalp scrub. So far I have used home peelings based on clay or coffee grounds, so I wanted to finally try the branded ones. I am glad that more and more of them enter the Polish cosmetics market.
I used it once a week, together with the hair growth mask treatment, and after a month of regular use I can see the results. The scalp is clean, there are no irritations, my hair is greasy more slowly. The application is also easy, although I had to learn it, the sugar was a bit irritating, it has large grains and it dissolved very quickly. As you know, this cosmetic was also included in my bottom 20 design in 2020, has a very short expiry date, so I started using it quickly. I must say that it was a very pleasant experience, I will definitely test more of this type of scalp cosmetics. If you were interested in this product, I invite you to the rest of the post and my short review.
Vianek Pink Series, Soothing Scrub for the scalp
A soothing peeling based on sugar crystals allows you to thoroughly cleanse the scalp of excess callous epidermis and dandruff. Through active massage, it improves blood circulation, oxygenating the skin, and at the same time stimulates the bulbs and accelerates hair growth. Thanks to the content of valuable oils (including coconut and sunflower oils ) and shea butter , the scrub left on the hair for a few additional minutes, provides them with additional hydration and nourishment. Salicylic acid regulates the keratinization processes and the activity of the sebaceous glands. Systematic use improves the condition of the scalp, reduces the symptoms of dandruff, making the hair grow healthier, smoother and stronger.

Vianek, Scalp Peeling, my opinion:
Package:
Vianek peeling is closed in a convenient, aesthetic, twist-off box like a hair mask, it is easy to remove it from the package and use it until the end. Unfortunately, this is also a disadvantage, I often put dirty squares in the packaging and was afraid of bacteria. It is a more thin consistency, oils + peeling sugar particles, rather an oil conditioner than a typical peeling.
The performance of the Vianek peeling is also poor in terms of the low capacity and high price, because you have to use quite a lot of it to thoroughly clean the scalp. After a longer time, the sugar particles dissolve in the oils and we have more enzymatic than mechanical peeling, I think that’s the short expiry date.

I was expecting a typically sweet smell, but the peeling has a rather delicate, slightly sweet smell, probably due to the smell of raw materials, it resembles the smell of weathered orange essential oil.
I used it once a week, together with the hair growth mask treatment, and after a month of regular use I can see the results. The scalp is clean, there are no irritations, my hair is greasy more slowly. It has a very good and natural composition, it cleans the scalp nicely, the hair is soft and delicate. It is easily washed off the hair and does not burden the scalp, even if I only wash my hair with conditioner.
The application is also easy, although I had to learn it. The scrub does not foam and spreads quite hard, I did not know how to use it to avoid tangling my hair, the sugar was a bit irritating, it has large grains and it dissolved very quickly, almost immediately. But not only does it work here, salicylic acid also dissolves impurities from the scalp nicely. My patent is to add a little shampoo to this scrub to spread it better and keep it under a bathing cap a few minutes before washing it off. Then it really cleans the scalp nicely.
I do not know if the peeling will cause faster hair growth, but it will definitely help maintain a healthy scalp, which will certainly contribute to this growth. Therefore, it is worth including this type of product in your care, even in the form of clay added to the shampoo at the beginning.
The performance of the Vianek peeling is also poor in terms of the low capacity and high price, because you have to use quite a lot of it to thoroughly clean the scalp. Summary:
As you know, this cosmetic was also included in my bottom 20 design in 2020, it has a very short expiry date, so I started using it quickly. Also because I often put dirty spines in the packaging and was afraid of bacteria. The only disadvantage of the products is the packaging, because it is a rare oil conditioner than a typical peeling.
Nevertheless, I am glad that I bought this product, I have to say that it was a very enjoyable experience and I will definitely come back to it, as well as test more of this type of scalp cosmetics.
