Hey, dear friends! I come to you today with another post about my new makeup products, this time it will be Pierre Rene, Long Lash Mascara, Lengthening Mascara. I bought this cosmetic at the Drugstore Natura some time ago, when my beloved Alverde mascara ran out and I was desperately looking for a replacement with a good composition.
To my surprise, this drugstore mascara had a clean composition, although not completely natural, it was clean beauty. So I was relieved to purchase it, although the brand was completely unknown to me. So if you want to see how it worked out for me, I invite you to read the rest of the review.

My review and Pierre Rene mascara:
The effects of the mascara are very subtle. It is certainly more suitable for daytime, light makeup than for big outings. The brush is slick, small and flexible, brilliantly both painted and upper and lower lashes, combed them well. The mascara didn’t crumble or bounce, although it didn’t do anything effective to the lashes, just lengthened them a bit, thickened and darkened them. After applying two coats, the effect is barely visible.
I can see that the mascara has low user ratings, probably because of the small brush and subtle effect, but I’m fine with that, because I have nice lashes that just need to be darkened a bit. I don’t mind the subtle effect for everyday use, because for big outings I use something better. Still, I’m glad that I managed to accidentally come across a natural product even in a typical drugstore color. I hope more companies will move in this direction, because so many people have allergies and irritations, and the composition of the colorants we use around the eyes is especially important.
Conclusion:
I am satisfied with the mascara. It’s certainly more suitable for daytime, light makeup than for big outings, and while it’s not my ideal, it’s certainly a natural, inexpensive and good quality cosmetic, so perhaps it will work better on you. If it does, be sure to let me know.
