Perhaps your hair is damaged by styling, dyeing or bleaching, it is brittle and brittle, dull and looks like hay. In each of these cases, the Olaplex treatment should help and bring a visible effect after the first application.
Hair will be soft, nourished and moisturized for sure, it will be arranged better. The treatment is suitable for all types of dry and damaged hair. For the past few weeks, I myself have tested this Olaplex No.0 and No.3 regeneration kit in many combinations and it worked great for me. DUO FULL RECONSTRUCTION: OLAPLEX No. 0 and No. 3
Hair reconstruction kit for home use. The combination of OLAPLEX No.0 and No.3 is the home equivalent of OLAPLEX salon reconstruction. It is a two-part care system that supports damaged hair that needs a strong reconstruction and strengthening of the hair structure. Thanks to the patented polymer contained in the formula of the products, the duo combines the broken disulfide bridges, which makes the hair strong, shiny and resilient.

Olaplex No.3 Hair Perfector
To maintain the coloring and care effect, Olaplex No. 3 Hair Perfector was developed, which is used between treatments at home. Olaplex is free from silicones, sulfates, phthalates, aldehydes, DEA, gluten and has never been tested on animals. Thanks to the unique, patented formula, Olaplex rebuilds the broken disulphide bridges of the hair and makes them regenerated, soft, smooth and perfectly shiny after just one treatment.
HOW TO USE:
Apply the product to wet (not previously shampooed, only well-soaked) and well-towel-dried hair, then comb it with a comb. We leave the product for a minimum of 10 minutes or longer. Then we rinse the hair and apply the conditioner. If necessary, it can be used more than once a week.

Olaplex No.0 Intensive Bond Builder
Our intensive treatment, inspired by a professional treatment, prepares your hair for deeper repair. It rebuilds bonds, strengthens and protects their structure. Use as a first step the two-part system with No.3 Hair Perfector to strengthen and restore all types of damaged hair.
How to use?
Apply Olaplex No. 0 to clean, washed hair and leave it on for 10 minutes. After the time is up, apply Olaplex No. 3 (do not rinse with No.0) and leave for another 10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly (if you feel heavy, wash your hair with Olaplex No. 4 shampoo) and apply conditioner.

How to use the OLAPLEX No.0 and No.3 duo
Time needed: 1 hour.
HOW TO USE OLAPLEX- my opinion:
- Cleansing hair washing with a strong detergent.
The first step in care is to apply Olaplex No.0 to clean and washed hair. It is best to wash the scalp and hair length with a shampoo with a strong detergent with a simple composition (such as Color, Joanna Naturia), then gently squeeze the wet hair into a towel and dry it completely .
- We use Olaplex on dry hair.
You can dry them with a dryer (without using any products). We comb the hair and divide it into strands. Apply the liquid evenly, massage / comb it into the length and leave it for 10 minutes . I also use under a foil cap.
- Time for conditioner.
After 10 minutes, apply Olaplex No. 3 to the hair. We apply on top of the previous product, do not rinse No.0 from the hair beforehand, but you can sprinkle it a little with water if it is dry. Again, massage the conditioner thoroughly, strand by strand, and comb the hair. Again, I use a shower cap, preferably lightly heated with a dryer or a warm turban to make it even stronger, but it’s not necessary.
- Wait.
You should leave both cosmetics on your hair for at least 10 minutes , opinions are divided here, some leave for an hour, others for 3-4, others for the whole night, but I do not recommend keeping any product on wet hair for more than an hour. for fear of destruction.
- Washing up.
After the selected time has elapsed, rinse your hair thoroughly and generously with warm water and style as usual. You can wash them with shampoo, but it is not necessary (I have never washed, but I use an additional emollient conditioner on the ends).
When to use:
It is recommended to use the two-part system once a week, and even less often for healthier hair, or in the case of very damaged hair (chemical bleaching) 2-3 times as an intensive treatment. According to the information I have researched, it is best to use Olaplex more often, but in smaller amounts. The effect will be most visible on the most damaged hair and they also need many repetitions of the treatment.
OLAPLEX No. 0 and No. 3 – is it worth buying? Which product to choose?
I guess it depends on your needs. I bought this duo because of the great fragility of my hair and I find it very effective in dealing with this problem. I also tested both products separately, so I think that this duo is much more effective than using it solo . If you need an intensive treatment for chemically burned, damaged hair, it should also work best for you. Using these two products together is the closest to the Olaplex 01 and 02 treatments that can be performed in a professional hairdressing salon. If we only want to regenerate relatively healthy hair, we just need to do it. 03 used as a conditioner. However, the liquid itself no. 01 can be a great budget option – we can mix it with any conditioner with a simple composition.
Olaplex- safety, henna and allergies:
The Olaplex system is safe for use by everyone, including pregnant women. The products do not contain ammonia, silicones, phthalates, sulphates, DEA, aldehydes or gluten, therefore they do not irritate the skin or cause allergic reactions. The only contraindication to use may be hair dyeing with henna – there is a theory that such a mixture may bring unexpected results, for example Olaplex may throw henna out of the hair.
I have not noticed any negative effects so far. For the sake of safety, however, I do my henna and herb dyes with an interval of 2 weeks.

Using Olaplex, my experiences and tips:
Before applying No.0, you should thoroughly comb your hair and part it to make sure that the liquid reaches all strands. I do not recommend spraying directly on the hair, but into the hollow of your hand at each strand or measuring with a syringe without a needle and applying it to the hair in this way.
The manufacturer especially does not recommend pouring the liquid into a spray bottle, for fear of inhaling the recipe. This is probably why the Olaplex no. 0 does not spray the mist on your hair, but small amounts of liquid, so I would advise you to be careful with that.
