Hello! I come to you today with new products in my care, this time it concerns oral hygiene – it’s toothpastes without fluoride.
I have had many problems with my teeth in the past and spent more than an hour in the dentist’s chair, so taking care of them is especially important to me. The more that I limit fluoride and I try to always choose cosmetics like toothpastes with the most natural composition, without sls, alcohol, preservatives, too much menthol and other harmful and irritating substances.
Recently, thanks to Ceneo, I found many cosmetics at great prices, better than in drugstores, even after deducting shipping prices. So the Shopping Haul is coming to the blog soon, and in the meantime I am moving to the presentation of cheap toothpastes cleaning products . Feel free to post!

First impressions about toothpastes:
I don’t know how I missed this paste. Means the fact that Ziaja produces one. For years, I have been buying their mouthwash without fluoride and xylitol toothpaste on a regular basis. However, I was convinced that these were all the non-halogenated oral care products they produced.
Perhaps there is a problem with availability here again and it just wasn’t on store shelves, as is often the case with liquid. I go to Ziaja’s company stores to get it.
But back to the first impressions 🙂 As you can see, the paste is sold in a cardboard box that is easily damaged and has very simple graphics. The tube is solid, soft, you can (most probably) squeeze out the rest of the paste to the end.
The color of the paste surprised me 🙂 Morski? Turquoise? It is also intensely mint. You can smell sage, but also the aroma of mint, if you hold it, it burns your mouth a bit, but it’s nothing compared to some toothpaste. Thread!
I admit that I like this effect, I feel the herbs, refresh and have fresh breath for a long time. It foams well so it is efficient. I’ve already used it a few times a night and I’m happy with my choice.
Bamboo toothbrush
A bamboo toothbrush is a better alternative to a regular toothbrush. The handle of the brush is made of bamboo, a material that is fully biodegradable. The bristles of the brush are made of BPA-free, BPA-free, BPA-free nylon.
The brush perfectly cleans the teeth and spaces between the teeth, without irritating the gums and without scratching the enamel. Provides comprehensive oral hygiene and, in combination with a good toothpaste, allows you to enjoy a beautiful, healthy smile. From an ecological point of view, we will certainly appreciate the naturalness of the product, the properties of which result from nature. A natural bamboo brush creates a perfect impression, especially for people who value simplicity. 100% Biodegradable.
Usage method
Wet the brush bristles, apply a little toothpaste on them, and then brush your teeth. After use, rinse the bristles thoroughly under warm water. Don’t brush your teeth too hard. There is no need to punish the gums and enamel, any dentist will tell you the same. The soft bristles will remove plaque and discoloration from your teeth by massaging the gums without irritating the gums or causing the bristles to slip off, cutting off the life of the toothbrush.
Storage method
It is important to store the brush in a dry, airy place. Avoid leaving the brush in the cup. Bamboo is porous and will eventually soak up water and expand. Dry the brush after each use and place it in a ventilated cup (or something similar). Your toothbrush will last longer. Change the brush every 2-3 months.
Composition
The handle is made of bamboo, bristles are made of carbon bamboo.
First impressions
First such a thing. My boyfriend had a long and unpleasant laugh at the “vegan toothbrush” sign. Are others made of unicorn horns instead of plastic? He asked and even took a photo to show it at work (related to ecology). I admit that I wouldn’t even pay attention to it myself. I know it’s marketing and so on, but vegan sounds very good, besides, it’s wooden and soft. Mainly why I bought it, because I rub my gums too much with homemade coconut paste. It just has an oily (and how) non-foaming consistency.
So here the bristles are soft and nice to use, the brush a bit different but it cleans well. I chose the cheapest possible option just to test the novelty. Despite this, the product is of good quality.
I will use Sure! Will I buy again? I do not know. A few centimeters of plastic every three months is not that much to throw away. So it would be hypocritical to only buy more expensive toothbrushes if I have not (unfortunately) reduced enough of my food litter. But the health-promoting properties of these brushes already appeal to me. I will see after testing. There will be a review for sure.
Himalaya Dental Cream toothpastes
The toothpaste effectively cleans and protects the teeth against periodontitis and caries. It is especially recommended for people who complain of swelling or bleeding gums, toothache and bad breath. Use
Brush your teeth with the toothpaste at least twice a day. Do not swallow. Rinse mouth thoroughly after brushing.

First impressions
I used to buy this paste quite often. It was one of the few dental health products so well available on the Polish market. This one contains calcium fluoride instead of sodium fluoride, the less soluble type, but still works well with enamel. So it’s actually a paste for everyday use. You can get it in many drugstores and supermarkets on promotion from PLN 8, the regular price is about PLN 11.
Still, I was looking for something with a better composition, without sls and a formaldehyde derivative, but so far I will not give up using it. It has the consistency of a clay mask 🙂 And a fresh, herbal and mint flavor. It is inexpensive, efficient and cleans teeth well. It was at a great price, so I bought it and I will probably do it more than once.
Eucryl toothpastes whitening powder
Eucryl Toothpowder Freshmint whitening polishing tooth powder, a reliable method for white and healthy teeth. Eucryl consists of special microgranules. Their “revolutionary” new formula allows for the active penetration into the plaque and tartar in order to remove them from the surface of the teeth.
By choosing this product, you can be sure – teeth and the entire oral cavity are 100% protected against harmful bacteria. Specially selected ingredients (including triclosan) with antiseptic properties quickly eliminate “unnecessary flora” and mouth parasites, including bacteria that cause bad breath!
After the first use, it gives a strong rehabilitation effect. Active enzymatic ingredients of the powder repeatedly accelerate the natural mineralization of the enamel. The effect is not only visible, but also felt.
Use
- Soak the brush and shake off excess water
- Press into the powder
- Brush your teeth as usual
In order to remove plaque and tartar, it is enough to clean the teeth with Eucryl powder twice a week, in addition to using traditional toothpaste. It is recommended as a powerful and healthy tartar removal agent. It is not recommended for children under 7 years of age. Avoid contact with heavily damaged or worn teeth. Always close the lid well to keep it fresh.
No harmful chemical bleaches were used.
Optimally selected ingredients do not cause side effects
(inflammation of the gums, pain or tooth sensitivity).

Calcium Carbonate, Aqua, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Flavor, Sodium Saccharin, Aluminum Hydroxide, CI 19140, CI 42090.
First impressions:
This product, I admit, I took it blind in order to achieve a free delivery. And for testing. However, I have small doubts, because I am afraid that my terrible tooth sensitivity, which I had a few years ago, may return from such abrasive powders. And I’m afraid that I got it from too intensive whitening. So I will gently test the powder, perhaps applying it to the paste for now. The packaging is very vintage 🙂 and you have to be careful not to spill anything. The powder itself smells very mint and pleasant, it is just as green as Ziaja paste. Finely ground, a bit like soda. I read that it is also great for cleaning stone from a dental braces.
Ground turmeric as toothpastes
I bought the Indian spice in order to test it for several DIY recipes. Mainly for home cosmetics for the care and whitening of teeth. But I’ll put some of it aside for cooking and health potions. Turmeric is cheap, healthy, efficient and dyes an interesting color 🙂 Here, additionally of great quality, so for this price I was tempted. Recipes with her participation will appear on the blog soon, are you curious?
