Grilled wings in barbeque marinade – recipe how to make
Ingredients:
- wings – about a kilo
- 1 liter of broth or broth
- Marinate:
- 4 tbsp barbecue seasoning (spicy or not)
- 4 tablespoons keto or homemade ketchup
- a dash of mustard
- a pinch of eythritol to taste
- 3 cloves of garlic
- salt, pepper, sweet paprika, turmeric, possibly hot paprika
Preparation:
Time needed: 1 day.

- Meat preparation :
Cut off the wing tips. Boil the broth in a pot, add the meat and cook for about 10 minutes. Put them in a colander and let them cool.
- Time for the marinade:
Peel the garlic and squeeze through the press. Mix together all the marinade ingredients in a large bowl. Throw in the wings and rub the marinade on all sides. Cover and refrigerate for at least a few hours (and/or overnight). Optionally, we add spicy spices.
- BBQ:
The wings need to be taken out of the fridge before grilling so they don’t get cold. Bake the marinated wings on a hot grill for about 10 minutes on each side, watching and turning. Enjoy your meal!
