Hey loved ones! Today I wanted to share with you a recipe for one of my favorite cocktail – a nourishing smoothie for hair loss and faster hair growth. The idea for it came to me this morning when I thawed the fruit from my plot and I did not know what else you can make delicious with blueberries and a few apples. The cocktail that I prepared for us is a delicious, juicy fruit protein shake with a very interesting color of blueberries and a delicious, sweet taste.
Usually, for hair growth, I make myself green cocktails – with fresh parsley, kale or baby spinach. However, today I did not have anything like this at home, and dried green additives are also great for this: green barley, spirulina and matcha, very rich in nutrients and vitamins. I have found out many times that nothing works as well for fast hair growth as a healthy diet – no supplements and pills can replace the nourishment of the bulbs and skin from the inside. Recipe for a nutritional cocktail for hair loss and faster hair growth
Ingredients:
- a handful of blueberries or raspberries
- small apple
- half a cup of thick milk -soy, coconut or yogurt
- 1 scoop of protein supplement
- 1 teaspoon of spirulina, barley and matcha
- ground linseed / hemp flour / chia seeds
- 2 teaspoons of honey or something to sweeten
- a teaspoon of healthy oil, e.g. coconut oil
Execution:
Time needed: 5 minutes.

- Preparation.
Thoroughly wash all fruits and dry / defrost them. We cut into pieces. We take out the yogurt / milk so that they are at room temperature. - Mixing.
We throw everything into the blender one by one. Mix for a few minutes on the normal speed of the blender, and then for a few seconds on high. We check the taste and sweeten it if necessary. - Ready.
Pour the cocktail into a glass and decorate with fruit / seeds. The recipe is one serving – a glass of approx. 250 ml. Enjoy your meal!

Why is my smoothie so healthy? Because it is dense, very filling and provides a large amount of various proteins. Thanks to the presence of spirulina, hemp seeds and coconut oil, it also contains a small portion of carbohydrates, healthy fats and fat B vitamins. Therefore, you can replace your breakfast or dinner with such a quick drink and even treat it after a training meal, which I often do. I also use it in my cocktail diet, where all meals of the day are replaced with similar fruit, vegetable and protein shakes. I also like to make it every day, as a tasty dessert. It replaces “something sweet” for my afternoon coffee, and because it is so healthy, I have no remorse after consuming such a deliciousness.
