Hey guys! Today I have another tasty recipe for you – Keto omelette with vegetables, or eggs for breakfast popular all over the world in a healthier, ketogenic version.
This breakfast dish is another of my favorite and very quick recipes! They are made really fast – in less than five minutes! The omelette is easy to make and with only a few ingredients. Certainly, each of us already has the necessary ingredients in the refrigerator – eggs and milk. In addition, keto omelette has little carbohydrates and we can make them in many variants – with mushrooms, vegetables, and tomatoes. You can dissolve a slice of yellow cheese or camembert on top to enhance the nutritional value and taste. I love it with smoked cheese and brown mushrooms. The keto omelette is small but very filling, just right for a meal for one hungry person, but of course the ingredients can be multiplied. Keto omelette recipe how to make
- 2 eggs per person
- spoon of almond milk
- salt and pepper
- oil for frying

- Preparation of vegetables.We clean all the toppings and cut them into small pieces. We heat up the pan with oil.
- Mixing.Beat the eggs with the milk and spices. Fry all the vegetables in a hot pan.
- Frying.Pour the mass into the pan and fry for about five minutes, you can gently stir it, then wait for it to set. We do not mix and rotate. Finished!

The keto omelette is delicious on its own, eaten warm immediately after frying. For improvement, however, you can decorate them with any keto toppings – such as sugar-free ketchup, butter, olive oil.
