Joanna, Styling Effect, cheap cream and spray for curly hair

Hello! The time has finally come for more stylers reviews on my blog, so I decided to tell you about Joanna, Styling Effect, multi-functional hair cream and Texture and Moisturizing spray. For me, these are definitely cosmetics that can be intended for curly hair – they are to moisturize them, define curls and fix the hairstyle.

I especially like the description of the hair cream, because not everyone would think that a cosmetic with such a composition is not only a styler in itself, it can also be a primer for curls, but can also be used as a thermo-protection, leave-in conditioner or masks. The spray can also have many functions, but the most interesting thing for me is to use it as a hairspray and for resuscitation. The composition is promising and even alcohol at the very end of it does not scare me away.

As soon as I saw these products on the store shelf, they immediately interested me and after a quick analysis of the ingredients, I decided to buy and test them. They were also very cheap, even without promotion. If you are interested in how cosmetics work for me in all these roles, I invite you to the rest of the post.

Joanna, Styling Effect, my opinion:

For me, these are definitely cosmetics that can be intended for curly hair – they are to moisturize them, define curls and fix the hairstyle. As soon as I saw these products on the store shelf, they immediately interested me and after a quick analysis of the ingredients, I decided to buy and test them. They were also very cheap, even without promotion.

The hair cream is rather not a typical styler, but a foundation, but it has an interesting and nourishing oil composition that will not hurt you. I especially like its description, because not everyone would think that a cosmetic with such a composition is not only a styler in itself, it can also be a primer for curls, but can also be used as a thermo-protection, leave-in conditioner or mask.

This cream is designed to permanently define the curls, limit fluff, nourish and give shine, which are typical promises of stylist manufacturers. I myself do not always bring out the curl, although I have some curls, most often I twist them with rollers, on a sock or braids. So I could test this cream in many roles – as a B / S conditioner, a foundation for a strong gel, for a foam, as a mask.

The product can also be used as a heat protection, it perfectly protects them against warm air from the dryer. The cosmetic does not weigh the hair down, has a very pleasant but strong fragrance and thick consistency, it is very creamy and easy to use. The cream does not need to be applied sparingly, you also have to rub it well in your hands and try to squeeze it evenly into all the curls.

Usually, I applied it right after shampooing, instead of a gel on the dripping hair, and kneaded. My weak curl needs strong stylers, so I didn’t even try to use it as salt, but when applied under a strong gel (like Syoss), it reduced dryness and rusks, gave me soft waves and supported the twist. My hair is smoothed and styled nicely, I can see the hydration and shine of fleshy curls, which I really like. Worth testing!

A texture and moisturizing spray can also have many functions, but what I am most interested in is using it as a hairspray and for resuscitation. The composition is promising and even the alcohol at the very end did not scare me away.
Unfortunately, it did not work as a conditioner for detangling the hair – neither after washing, on damp hair, because it made it very stiff and stuck together, let alone dry. Using it as a varnish worked quite well, but I had a slight sticking up again, I was also afraid of down from these humectants, but fortunately my hair was kept in check. It works best for me as the first base for styling, especially with hair gels, then I do not have such rusks and the curls are fleshy, really moisturized. It is suitable for resuscitation, as a heat protection, and for some people it can be detangled. A very interesting idea for a cosmetic, but I think it has too much polymers in it – but it makes my hair stick together very much.

JOANNA, STYLING EFFECT, cream with hair oils

Summary:

I liked the Joanna hair cream very much and I think that it is very worth testing, especially for people with strong curls, it can work as a foundation or a leave-in conditioner. The cream is cheap and has a nourishing, oily composition, creating beautiful, soft and shiny curls. The spray is suitable for resuscitation and as a hairspray and foundation, certainly an interesting product that is worth checking out for yourself. I recommend!

In the same, new series of Joanna Styling Effect there is also a volume spray with a very nice composition (I do not need one, but it looks interesting) and a silicone oil-serum for hair ends, rich and nourishing, with a large capacity, which I can also recommend immediately . All foams in this series also have good compositions, without alcohol and other dehydrators, so it would be worth testing them sometime.

Have you heard about this Joanna cream and spray?
