  1. Balanced diet: Eat healthy, nutrient-rich meals with plenty of vegetables, fruits, whole grains, healthy fats and protein. Avoid excess processed foods, sugar and trans fats.
  2. Regular physical activity: Regular exercise can support immunity by improving blood circulation and fitness. As little as 30 minutes of moderate activity a day is enough, such as brisk walking outdoors, cycling or swimming is best.
  3. Sufficient sleep: Make sure you get an adequate amount of healthy sleep, which is usually 7-9 hours for most adults. Sleep plays a key role in regenerating the body and strengthening its natural defenses.
  4. Proper hygiene: Wash your hands regularly, especially after contact with sick people or before eating. Especially avoid touching your face with unwashed hands, which can lead to the transmission of dangerous microorganisms.
  5. Reduce stress: Stress can weaken the body’s immunity. Use relaxation techniques such as meditation, yoga or deep breathing to reduce stress levels.
  6. Supplementation: If you are deficient in nutrients, consider supplementation, especially vitamin D, C, zinc and probiotics, which can support immunity.
  7. Avoiding excessive alcohol consumption and smoking: These bad habits can weaken the body’s immunity, so it’s important to limit their intake or even better- because eliminating them from our lives altogether.
  8. Regular medical checkups: Regular visits to the doctor allow us to check our health and detect early any health problems that may affect immunity.
