Hello guys! Today I have prepared another post for you about natural methods of hair care – a DIY soapwort rinse, which will help us fight for a healthy scalp, soothe all irritations, and give our hair exceptional softness, shine and volume.
Rinses are a great end and complement to washing your hair, because through them we can additionally close the cuticles, nourish, increase volume and shine. The herbal rinse is one of the best known methods also for soothing scalp and skin problems.
Medical soapwort is one of the best-known herbs with soothing properties for our hair, and also reduces greasy hair. It also has a similar effect on the skin, because it moisturizes, softens and soothes it, soothes irritations, strengthens and nourishes the hair. Supposedly used, it systematically regenerates scales damaged by chemical means or mechanical damage.
I was very curious about how this rinse works, mainly because I only associate this herb with DIY no poo hair shampoo , for which the recipe has been circulating in the blogging world for a long time. Thanks to the saponin contained in the root, mydlnica is our Polish natural shampoo suitable for hair care and cleansing. It’s amazing how such a simple meadow herb can foam, you can see it even when rubbing its leaves. So I immediately threw in one package of this medicinal herb at my next visit to the pharmacy. The next time I washed, I did my tests, both using soap suds as a shampoo, as a conditioner and as a rinse after washing my hair.
Today’s rinse amazed me with its effects in shine, volume and fluffiness of hair as well as its beneficial effects on the scalp. If you are interested in how to do this DIY, I invite you to the rest of this post.

Herbal gargle, notes:
I was well oriented to its operation, because herbal rinses have always worked well for me. The soap suds rinse also amazed me with the effects of shine, moisturizing, smoothing and smoothing my hair. I felt moisturized without fluffing or drying, my hair curled up nicely at the ends. They were covered with something like a waxy substance, which made them a bit heavy. The rinse did not smell bad, although the herbs did smell like gray soap when cooking. The hair was also reflected nicely at the root. I really like the effects of this DIY for such a cheap and available herb! I recommend trying it!
