Diy fenugreek hair mask for lichen, shine and volume

  • DIY, Hair

Hey loved ones! I come to you today with another post about DIY cosmetics, this time it will be a homemade fenugreek mask for DIY hair, great for accelerating hair growth and great volume, as well as bounce at the root and exceptional shine.

I love fenugreek in hair care for its nourishing and strengthening properties. I usually used it as a lotion on the scalp and as an addition to hair hennishing. For several years I have been using the treatment with ground fenugreek seed lotion at least once a year and I must admit that this is one of my favorite methods for quick hair growth. Quick to do, very cheap, natural and most importantly – works brilliantly on my hair.

The fenugreek-based scalp mask is a mixture known for years in the blogosphere that helps with hair loss and growth. The internet is full of such recipes recently, but I recommend you here my version, which I recently came up with as a mask for washing the scalp, but finally landed on the entire hair, with the addition of other Indian herbs: Amli, Brahmi, Tulsi and herbal tea.

The effect was great: the mask increased the volume of the hair and its shine, and an increase at the roots. My hair was fluffy for a long time and dreamed almost like sheet. this is a very interesting effect for such cheap ingredients. So, here is my recipe for a mask with fenugreek in the care of healthy hair.

Fenugreek mask for fast hair growth, volume and shine

The fenugreek-based scalp mask is a mixture known for years in the blogosphere that helps with hair loss and growth. It will definitely help to strengthen the bulbs and moisturize the scalp. Fenugreek extract and oil can be found in many shop masks and conditioners that can be used on the scalp. However, it is easy to prepare such a mixture yourself, for example from the seeds that are left over after preparing the rubs. Add this gel of fenugreek flooded with water to a portion of the mask, conditioner or glossa and rub into the scalp after washing your hair, then rinse with cool water. It is definitely a shock dose, so we do not use it on a daily basis.

  1. We prepare the necessary ingredients.
A bowl, herbs, infusion, and oil. Pour 2 tablespoons of fenugreek with enough hot water / herbal infusion to make a paste, mix it and leave it covered for about 20 minutes. You can also use leftovers from fenugreek rubs, which can of course be frozen.

  2. We measure out.

Drain the fenugreek and put it in a bowl. We add herbs, yoghurt, honey and oil, and herbal infusion as needed. We mix so that a dense, sticky and compact mass is formed, which should be slightly gel-like.

  3. We mix.

If there are lumps in the mask, mix the ingredients into a smooth paste with the consistency of thick cream. This will help you spread the mask over your hair easily.

  4. How to use?
We wash our hair with a cleansing shampoo . Drain the water gently with a towel. Apply the mixture to the entire hair and scalp. Then we wrap the hair with foil and / or a cap so that the heat will help the mask work even better. We keep min. 20 minutes – an hour, then rinse thoroughly with water.

  5. Closing of care.
We close the care with an emollient mask, without or with the addition of silicones. You can put it on your hair.

DIY fenugreek hair mask – notes:

The mask also has a slightly cleansing effect on the scalp, this effect can be further enhanced by using herbs with saponins in the recipe and a gentle scrub massage of the scalp.

You can also use the remnants of fenugreek, remnants of brewing herbs and any home tea for the mask.

The effectiveness of the fenugreek mask for quick growth depends on the regularity of its use, as well as individual conditions.
