Hello, dear friends! I have another makeup post for you today: I will discuss ALVERDE, a baked duo bronzer and highlighter in shade 10 light. Alverde is a DM Drugstore colorant with good ingredients. Whenever I’m on a trip abroad and see a Dm Drugstore, I have to go there to stock up on cheap makeup products. This bronzer just came from a promotion at the Czech store.
I really liked this duo in the store, by the light but cool color for contouring and its satin texture, which I just love for everyday makeup. If you’d like to see how it worked out for me and see the color swatch, I invite you to continue the review.

My review of ALVERDE, a baked duo bronzer:
Packaging:
Alverde Baked Duo Bronzer and Highlighter in a double pack. The product has very interesting convex packaging. Like all other Alverde packaging, this one is made of green plastic. Quite sturdy, it has survived several trips.
Features:
Inside the package is a convex duo bronzer, half is brown and half is light beige. The brown side is for bronzing skin or contouring-modeling, and the beige side is supposed to lighten. At first I thought it was just a light powder, but it’s more like a highlighter. However, it’s quite specific-very satiny and nice to apply, but soft, it doesn’t make a shimmer or a taffy, it just shines on the face. I’ve never used a matte highlighter before and I don’t really know how to use it, because the whole face just shines. I guess it works best as an eye powder because it doesn’t dry out my skin.
The formula of both colors is satiny, sort of like a cream powder, which was very pleasant to apply and blends quickly without disturbing the foundation. As you can see in the photos, unfortunately it dries into a hard coating that I have to scrape off. The product is not overdue or too old, it just has added oils.
The bronzer is quite light but cool for me, perfect for contouring. I don’t like bronzers to be too heavily pigmented, but this one is perfect. It’s nice to work with, buildable and doesn’t stain. Sometimes I mix the two colors so it’s not too strong. Like the highlighter, this bronzer is matte and suitable for everyday use. Both shades are great as eyeshadows- to prime the base and as a contour. A perfect palette for going out and for every day, in a hurry.
Conclusion:
I think Alverde baked Duo Bronzer is a great product, it’s convenient to take it on trips and have a bronzer and highlighter in one compact, and the quality is great. I definitely think Alverde sometimes has some good ideas on how to emulate the world’s brands after ro, so that natural coloring gets better and better.
