Turnip juice as a hair growth fast DIY rub

Hey, dear friends! Today I have another DIY for you: black turnip juice as a rub for hair loss, dandruff and rapid hair growth. It’s a popular way to make a cheap hair rub promoted by hair bloggers back many years ago. I myself have tested it several times in my life, as it is incredibly cheap, quite effective and readily available.

Due to its valuable properties and action, black turnip extract is still a staple of shampoos and conditioners today, and you will also find it in ready-made, store-bought scalp rubs. However, their action will not be as fast and effective as fresh juice. In addition, such a home treatment with black turnip is very cheap, natural and simple to make – turnip juice costs pennies and is enough for months of daily use. That’s why I invite you to my post and recipe for a DIY homemade turnip juice rub.

Turnip juice as a DIY quick hair growth hair growth rub – how to apply?

For centuries, black turnip has been used in natural cosmetics as a remedy for strengthening hair follicles, accelerating hair growth, thickening hair through a rash of baby hair, also helped eliminate dandruff and reduce hair loss. Unfortunately, it is very unpleasant to use – the scalp burns terribly after it. So I do not recommend testing for sensitive scalps, there is no point in getting tired! However, let me assure you that apart from this burning and a strange smell from the vegetable, I had no problems with this rub. No irritation, itching or increased hair loss. On the contrary, the turnip worked great for me! It helped in the fight for beautiful and long hair like nothing else. Turnip juice is a valuable ingredient that can help improve the health of hair and scalp due to its richness in various nutrients.

Notes for the diy turnip hair rub:

You can apply this hair rub once or twice a week, depending on your needs. Remember that the effects may vary depending on individual skin and hair conditions. If you are prone to allergies or irritation, always conduct a test on a small area of skin before regular use.

If you are not preserving the rub, buy small portions of the juice, and the leftover can be stored in the refrigerator for the next use. However, it is better to prepare fresh portions each time, as the turnip smell becomes stronger and the liquid spoils quickly. You can freeze the rest of the juice from the store in small portions and make 100 ml rubs on a regular basis.

Turnip juice can be drunk at the same time as a treatment from the inside for the hair. Regular consumption of turnip juice, as well as using it topically as a rub, can benefit people who want to take care of the health of their hair and scalp.
