Khadi, “Shikakai” hair shampoo

Hey guys! Today I have a complete surprise for you: a review of the newest hair care product from KhadiKhadi Skikakai shampoowhich has not been released yet. It will be available from July 15, which is very soon, and it is definitely worth a closer look. I just got into the care based on Ayurvedic herbs, because I was watching DIY recipes for homemade lotions, shampoos and glossy. And here is such a surprise, a new shampoo comes, which I will gladly test as one of the first people and review right away so that you do not have to buy blind. Even though I love making my own cosmetics, it is a bit of time-consuming fun. That’s why it’s great that Khadi comes to our aid in growing long and healthy hair, because this shampoo has just such a task – to strengthen the bulbs and stimulate growth. If you are interested in how I worked in this role, I invite you to the rest of the post.

Khadi Skikakai,

First impressions:

I’m really glad that the line of these great Khadi hair care cosmetics has been enriched with a new shikakai shampoo. I do have this and other herbs at home, but as I have already mentioned, not everyone has the time and willingness to always make their own DIY recipes.
And I also recently did not feel like mixing and applying any herbal mud to my hair. Besides, it was sometimes difficult to remove from the scalp afterwards.

Recently, however, I felt encouraged to do so again, because I read that the title shikakai is not only a great cleansing shampoo for the scalp, but also has a good effect on the condition of hair length, strengthens the bulbs and accelerates the growth of new hair. (Take that into account, all venturing!). Brahmi and Aloe have long been known for their genius effects on hair, as well as Tulsi and henna.

I took out the herbs with the idea of adding them to the new home wcierki for now (the recipe will be on the blog soon). Meanwhile, I am testing the shampoo and I’m glad to have these herbs and powders in the form of an easy and quick shampoo in my life, not a potion game.

After the first use, I gladly added this cosmetic to my hair care routine for the fastest hair growth. I have high hopes for it, especially after the last cut … But what can I say about the shampoo itself?

Khadi shampoo

Package:

We buy Khadi Skikakai shampoo in an elegant, dark plastic packaging (important for extracts and essential oils) with a pressed dispenser. The print and gilding are very tasteful, it immediately looks like a high-end and good quality cosmetic.
It is not a bulky shampoo, as is usually the case, the package contains 210 ml, but remember that natural, foamed shampoos are very efficient. When we do not wash the scalp every day, this amount will be enough for many months. A tasteful bottle will decorate our bathroom for a long time, while our hair will heal, grow and smell nicely.

Khadi shampoo

Properties:

The first thing that captivated me was the packaging, and the second – the smell, because out of curiosity I had to open it and check what the aroma of a cosmetic so packed with herbs that may smell differently. Khadi Skikakai shampoo smells nice though, I would say candy like that, sweet. This is of course due to the addition of perfume in the composition, but also to natural essential oils.

During the foaming, however, it changed the smell to a more herbal, still pleasant, light. He foamed very nicely, I had no problem with it even the first time. Although the shampoo has a great composition, it does not contain sls and is not based on strong detergents, it washes hair very well. He left the scalp refreshed like a mint lotion, of course thanks to neem, brahmi and other antibacterial herbs.

After the shikhai mud, I always have the impression of being super clean, fluffy and hair bouncing off the roots, the same was the case with the use of Khadi cosmetic. The shampoo is easy to rinse off, after washing the hair is nicely clean and bouncing off the roots. I have the impression that the hair and scalp stay fresh longer, the head does not itch, even when the hair is held in place. Thanks to this, I extended the time between washing my head by another day without any pain.

I was only worried about drying my hair long after so many herbs, so be careful with the foam, fortunately nothing like that happened yet. Perhaps this is due to glycerin high in the composition of the shampoo. So far I am very happy with it and will keep testing it, checking my hair growth hopefully.

Summary:

As already mentioned, this is one of the most enjoyable shampoos I have come across recently. It has great potential to maximize hair growth, so I have high hopes for it and will continue to use it regularly. It will definitely help people with oily hair, itching and dandruff. So if you have scalp problems, the wealth of Indian herbs closed in a small bottle of shampoo will definitely help you with that. This product is efficient and worth the price, it is definitely worth taking a closer look.

Score: 5/5
