Inversion method for very fast hair growth

Hey guys. Today I have another post for you about growing hair, this time it will be a method of inversion to hair growth.

A long time ago, when hair maniac blogs were just beginning to conquer the internet, it was one of the most popular treatments for rapid hair growth. I myself have recommended and used it several times in my life, so I think it is worth remembering about it. I will be doing it as soon as the frost starts, as part of my autumn hair growing.

Of course, this is not one of those wonderful methods where we can expect hair growth of a few cm overnight, during the day or after a week. However, at the end of the month you will definitely notice its positive effects.

It takes a bit of patience and, of course, regularity. Performing it is not difficult, it does not take much time, and I also found it relaxing for me. If you are interested in the inversion method, please read the rest of this post.

What is the inversion method?

The inversion method is very simple to perform. People who use hair oiling on a daily basis will not have any problems with it. The treatment consists in oiling the scalp with oil, preferably heated.

We use a small amount at a time, e.g. 5 ml, i.e. a teaspoon, not more, because it will be more difficult to wash it off. It can be any oil that you use or that you have at home, or a special mixture for hair growth.

Then we lower our head down and spend 4-5 minutes in this position. This can be done on the edge of a chair, on a bed or while standing.

Make sure you tilt your head well. The blood must flow down, you will most likely feel it and your face will turn red.

To make the treatment even more effective, massage your hair with your fingertips or with a special massager. After the time has elapsed, carefully and slowly return to the starting position.

Finally, you can apply a turban to make the oil work even better on the scalp.

The next step may be hair tip oiling or traditional full hair oiling, but it is an option. We do not need to oil the entire hair every day, only the scalp. We sit in the oil for a few hours, at least one or two, after which we rinse it with water and dry our hair.

You do not have to wash your hair every time, it is not advisable because it is dry. Some people do not wash off the oil every second day, others emulsify it with a conditioner. It is an individual matter of the scalp and how it behaves during this treatment.

Which oil to choose? Oils for hair growth

Each oil that serves us and is suitable for oiling the scalp – does not contain paraffin, petroleum derivatives or silicones. However, it is worth choosing one that has additional beneficial effects on lichen. Most entries on the inversion method assume that we use coconut oil. Mustard oil, black cumin oil, Indian Sesa, burdock oil, Khadi stimulant oil and any other blends intended for rubbing into the scalp are also great.

Inversion method- how often to use the treatment?

We use the inversion method once a month. We repeat scalp oiling  every day for 7 days , not longer. Then we take a minimum 3-week break, of course you can still oil your hair, we take a break to hang down. After this time, you can repeat the entire treatment and use it every month, throughout the year.

What will the effects be?

The method makes a lot of sense to me. The inversion method is about improving blood circulation, which stimulates hair follicles to grow. Blood flows down to the hair follicles when you tilt your head, full of nutrients and vitamins. Thanks to this, they are better nourished, and the oil we use has a chance to work better.

Of course, this is not one of those wonderful methods where we can expect hair growth of a few cm overnight, during the day or after a week. However, at the end of the month you will definitely notice its positive effects and more centimeters. You just need a little patience and, of course, regularity.

Even if it does not work for you , nothing is lost – the hair has been deeply nourished at a cheap cost, and this will definitely have a positive effect on their overall condition. Try it again in a month!

A security issue

The methods of inversion should not be used by people suffering from hypertension, obesity, circulatory disorders, eye and joint diseases, osteoporosis, fractures, injuries, otitis, with hernia, after a stroke, and pregnant women. This method may also not work for people who wash their hair over the bath – in the head down position.

It sometimes happens that our scalp does not tolerate oils or is very oily. Then you can replace the oil with a rubbing cloth and rub it in as instructed, head down.

Inversion method-my weekly hair treatment

I am going to start such a treatment myself. I will be doing it as soon as the frost starts, as part of my autumn hair growing. Why in the fall? Because you are less likely to go out at home, after all, you are not happy, and I have more time. In addition, oiled hair can be safely hidden under a hat.

I will oil my head for seven days in the morning, massaging thoroughly for about 4 minutes. The oil that I will be using is a miniature of Khadi hair growth oil that I kept for testing on such occasions all summer. I will not wash my hair every day, but rather rinse my hair with warm water or wash it with the conditioner method. I always oil the tips with this treatment, so that they will receive a nutritional bomb after a long summer. After a week I will make a summary for you and we will check how the inversion method will work on my planting. I hope it will work for me again and there will be a big increase by the end of the year!

Do you know this method for hair growth? Do you use scalp oiling?
