Healthy and tasty fit pancakes, is it possible?

Yes of course! Pancakes are browned and delicious, contain a lot of fiber, magnesium and potassium, warm up and for a long time, therefore they are an ideal breakfast before training, for a hard day at work and for bad weather.


2 small eggs
2 small, ripe bananas
1/2 a glass of spelled or wholemeal flour
1/2 teaspoon of soda
coconut oil for frying

Separate the yolks from the whites. Bananas, peel and cream, add to yolks and mix until the mass is fluffy. Add flour and soda. Combine everything with a mixer. Then whip the protein into a stiff foam. Add it to the mass and mix with a spoon gently, so that the foam does not fall.
Preheat the pan with oil. Put a fluffy pulp on a frying pan in a frying pan. Fry on both sides to brown. Coconut oil is great for frying, not only healthy, it does not burn anything on it.

* You can add another flour to the dough, rice or wheat flour, just add the ground bran to increase its nutritional value.
* Pancakes can also be made in a vegan version, with a substitute for eggs to make the mass stick well.
* I often fry in a teflon pan without fat, because I added a little oil to the mass.
