Fit overnight porridge- protein with peanut butter

Hello guys! Today I have another delicious and healthy recipes for you – Fit night porridge, protein porridge with peanut butter and favorite fruits. For me they are strawberries, because how not to use the season for these healthy delicacies. It has long been known that oatmeal is a delicious and healthy fit breakfast, dessert, snack or post-workout meal.

However, few people know that we can prepare it for the night, so we do it really very quickly! It works delicious in every situation and perfectly replaces unhealthy sweets and other caloric and heavy snacks or desserts. Such a dish contains almost no fat, but it provides us with a lot of energy to start the day, lots of vitamins, a large portion of protein and valuable complex carbohydrates and fiber.

Fit protein porridge with peanut butter and fruit

Ingredients:

  • a glass of mountain oatmeal
  • a glass of milk
  • 2 teaspoons of peanut butter
  • 2 small scoops of any protein supplement
  • favorite fruit fresh or dried
  • seeds, dried fruits and nuts for decoration
  • a few drops of vanilla oil

Execution:

Time needed: 10 minutes.

Fit protein porridge

  1. Preparation.
    We measure out the ingredients. Wash or defrost the fruit. Cut some finer, some slices for decoration. Chop the dried fruit and nuts. Put it into a bowl.

  2. Mixing.
    Pour the flakes into two bowls and pour in an equal amount of cold milk. Add conditioner, nuts and mix. Let it swell for a few hours, but it’s best to leave it in the fridge overnight and eat it for breakfast.

  3. Layers.

    In the morning or just before serving, mix the petals. Pour the milk. if necessary. We add peanut butter, small fruit and selected additions. We decorate with fruit and seeds. Ready!

Remarks:

You can heat up your cereal a bit in the morning, but you don’t really want to cook it.
The flakes can also be made with diluted yoghurt and any plant-based milk, then we have a vegan option.
