Fit Kinder Country cake, a delicious dessert without baking

Ingredients:

  • 350ml of cream
  • 250g of mascarpone
  • a large pack of butter biscuits
  • 2 white and 2 milk chocolates
  • prepared wheat or puffed rice
  • vanilla or rum flavor for cakes

Preparation:

Time needed: 20 minutes.

  1. Preparation of chocolate.

    Break the white and dark chocolates into pieces and, separately (in 2 bowls), dissolve them in a water bath or in a microwave oven on small steps.

  2. Time for white mass.

    Whip 200 ml of cream until stiff, then add mascarpone and mix slowly with a spoon. At the end, gradually pour in a little cooled white chocolate and mix. Add rice / wheat to the finished mass so that it is compact and dense.

  3. Time for a dark mass.

    We reheat dark chocolate. We beat the rest of our cream until stiff. Add milk chocolate to the whipped cream and mix everything until smooth.

  4. Preparation of the sheet metal.
    Line a small springform cake tin with baking paper / aluminum foil, place the biscuits on the bottom side by side so that they fill the entire bottom of the springform cake tin.

  5. Mixing layers.

    Then we pour the light mass to the bottom and level it with a spatula. We translate the dough with biscuits in the same way. We pour a dark mass on them as before. On top we sprinkle one layer of rice / chocolate (you can also give a glaze). sprinkle a handful of Kangi and

    The cake must be refrigerated for at least 2-3 hours before serving, but it is best to wait overnight.
