Keto salad for dinner with cucumber and cabbage, how to make?

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 head Chinese/or white cabbage
  • 1 long green and/or pickled cucumber
  • 1 bunch of dill/or dried
  • possibly a small tomato
  • 3 tablespoons of thick, sour cream / mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • half a teaspoon of lemon juice or white wine vinegar
  • garden herbs, salt, pepper to taste

Keto salad for dinner with cucumber and cabbage, how to make?

  1. Slicing.

    We wash the vegetables. Chop the cabbage finely. Cut the peeled cucumber into smaller pieces and shred it, as well as the tomato. Everything together can be thrown into a blender, because the salad will be finely chopped, or we do it by hand.

  2. Mixing.

    Dill finely chop. Combine sour cream with dill, add lemon juice and olive oil. Season with herbs, salt and pepper. Pour in the sour cream and mix. Allow to bite for a few minutes before serving.
