Christmas, vegan gingerbread muffins

Fast, delicious and cheap muffins that can be served not only at the holiday table. It’s made easy and in a few minutes, so it’s a good recipe even for beginner cooks. The recipe can be modified freely, according to what we have at home and always come out, grow beautifully, are moist, crispy and delicious. They disappear in the blink of an eye!

INGREDIENTS:

1 glass of wholemeal or spelled flour
3/4 glass of coconut sugar, xylitol etc.
1/4 glass of carob or cocoa
3/4 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 glass of soya milk
1/3 cup of rapeseed oil
vanilla aroma, cinnamon
spoon of gingerbread spice
possibly bran, flakes, grains
ew / chocolate icing

PREPARATION:

First, turn on the oven at 175 ° C – the dough is done
quickly! In one bowl, mix thoroughly the wet ingredients, add dry and also mix thoroughly with a spoon. Pour the mass into appropriate molds or tissue paper and bake for 18-20 minutes.

VARIATIONS:

Muffin cake is mixed INACCURACY and SHORT. It will not hurt him to add the forgotten ingredient late. There may be clumps in it. This does not affect the rise of the dough. If the dough seems too wet, you can add bran, handfuls of blown amaranth or raisins. You can try the variations with the addition of pieces of fruit (apple, pear, blueberry, peach …) or stuff them with nuts, jam, etc. Ready muffins can be cut and stuffed with a spoon of jam and pour the glaze, cream, sprinkle with crushed nuts – will be even more festive!
