Apple cider vinegar hair rinse | DIY no waste

Hey guys! Today I have prepared another post for you about natural methods of hair care – an apple cider vinegar hair rinse .

For as long as I can remember, it has been one of the most popular methods for shiny and smooth hair, but today it has been a bit forgotten, replaced by cosmetics and new recipes for the use of intermediates. However, I think it is worth recalling! After all, this inconspicuous liquid is a great cosmetic for our hair. An apple cider vinegar rinse is made to acidify the hair at the end of care, to balance the correct pH level, and to rinse off any unnecessary chemicals that may have remained on our hair, e.g. minerals. The rinse nourishes, regenerates and strengthens the hair, restores its shine and healthy appearance, reduces hair loss and frizz, and most importantly, brilliantly smoothes it and makes it look smoother.

Unfortunately, it also has disadvantages, such as the need for tedious preparation and the smell of vinegar that accompanies our rinse. However, I believe that for such effects it is worth a while to be able to be quiet for a long time with really nice hair. So if you are interested in how  vinegar  will work in the form of this simple rinse, I invite you to the rest of the post.

Apple cider vinegar hair rinse – how does it work?

Apple cider vinegar is a great cosmetic for our hair. An apple cider vinegar rinse is made to acidify the hair at the end of care, to balance the correct pH level, and to rinse out unnecessary chemicals that may have remained on our hair, e.g. minerals. The rinse nourishes, regenerates and strengthens the hair, restores its shine and healthy appearance , reduces hair loss and frizz, and most importantly, it brilliantly smoothes and makes it look smoother.

My hair always looks great after such a rinse , just very healthy. They are smooth and loose, weighted down, shiny, they are also less frizzy – the hair cuticles are closed, like a rinse with cold water.
-The smell of vinegar disappeared from the hair quickly, especially after using a leave-in conditioner and serum on the ends.
