Alpa, Amica, dry shampoo | from the Czech Republic

Hello guys! I come to you today with new hair products, this time it is Alpa Amica, a dry powder hair shampoo. It is a very interesting product purchased during a former trip to the Czech capital. ALPA is a well-known company there that produces preparations of natural origin.

They have been used to treat people for over 100 years and are used in over 30 countries around the world – they are very popular and recognized, they are sold as cosmetic products. I also saw interesting horse ointments from this company, herbal and hemp, and medicinal preparations for rubbing. And also some interesting vintage cloths, such as our birch water with good ingredients. These products can be found in some drugstores, local stores as well as in tiny, cheap drugstores scattered around the city. So I loved walking around them and looking for interesting products.

Amica shampoo did not have a special composition and I was afraid of its retro smell, but I bought it anyway because I had a flight from the Czech Republic, and as you know, dry shampoo in a typical package cannot be taken on board. Such a powder is different, besides, it will always be useful at home. If not the product itself, then even a packaging for a penny price, perfect for your own DIY dry shampoo mixes. If I found you curious, I invite you to the rest of my post.

My opinion:

Despite my initial fears, I liked the Amica shampoo quite. It did not have a special composition and I was afraid of its retro smell, but I bought it anyway because I had a flight from the Czech Republic, and as you know, dry shampoo in a typical package cannot be taken on board. Such a powder is different, besides, it will always be useful at home. If not the product itself, then even a packaging for a penny price, perfect for your own DIY dry shampoo mixes.

The product is based on starch, so the composition is very simple. It also has a strong retro smell which bothered me a lot at first. But I found out that it helps to conceal the scent of greasy hair and make everything just fresher. It came in handy during my vacation. I used after washing my hair – it’s a trick to keep it fresh. And also between washes on a greasy scalp and for styling – he gave me volume.

It works great in each role, after use, the hair is dry and fresh, it smells, I have volume and most importantly – despite its white color, it does not leave a white residue and cannot be seen on dark hair. I would definitely buy it instead of any typical dry shampoo, spray, alcohol and artificial dyes that dry and damage our hair.

Summary

Amica shampoo , despite the initial fears, proved to be very good for me, as a hair freshener it is doing great. Remember that when used alone, especially as a daily dry shampoo, it will dry your hair a lot, but from time to time it will be useful to everyone. For the price and capacity, I definitely recommend it.

Do you know these Amica cosmetics? What would you test?
